When Lucy got bored enough to explore the back of a wardrobe and found a whole new world called Narnia (a land enchanted into a perpetual winter), millions of children worldwide learned to hope they could escape the ordinary into a magical world. Not long ago, a girl called Andrea decided to rummage through the back of Auntie's wardrobe. Lo and behold, she found herself on a one-way voyage to a magical land called Tasnarnia (a land of rumoured perpetual winter), and a job in the glittering city of Slobart. Where is the Lion? Who is the White Witch-Queen? Who joins Andrea on her adventures? The Hobart Chronicles tell her story.
